Bergamot Essential Oil is extracted from Bergamot orange fruit and is considered under the citrus family.  There are a number of health benefits that can be derived from using Bergamot which includes fighting infections, healing skin irritation/rashes and even reducing fever.

For skincare, Bergamot is packed with full of antioxidants and antibacterial which is the ultimate ingredient to keep free radicals at bay, tones, soothes, lightens and brightens complexion.  It is also a natural cleanser and purifier as it is perfectly good for oily skin, helping to unclog pores and balance sebum levels.  It can be used to remove residual chemicals that dull and weigh hair down to reveal shiny and voluminous hair.  Bergamot protects hair from dryness, frizziness and breakage caused by oxidative stress.

USAGE GUIDELINES

It is always safer to dilute essential oil before applying directly to skin to avoid allergic reaction.

1. Diffuser – Add 4-6 drops per 100ml of water
2. Skincare – 2-4 drops to 10ml of carrier oil/lotion/cream
3. Body massage – 5-8 drops to 10ml of carrier oil
