Order Policy

2. Price shown is fixed and non-negotiable.
3. The price shown does not include shipping fee. Select your area of delivery to calculate the shipping fee.
4. The purchase is not inclusive of any VAT or Tax which performed on cross-boarder transaction.
5. Do confirm all the goods selected before checkout and make payment. Once payment made all items are not exchangeable or refundable.

Shipping
1. Shipping charges will be provided automatically through the system once the area of delivery selected. However any other Taxes , VAT, Insurance or other related fees which charged by freight forwarders or courier service, will be paid by customers or buyers themselves.
2. Once payment has been received, items will be received by customer within 3-4 business days, however, delivery time might vary or delay due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. GreenHerbology does not responsible for any delayed delivery. However, we will strive our best to look for an alternate solution.
4. Signature is required upon package delivery, therefore P.O. Boxes are not allowed.
5. Appreciate to insert delivery address which package can be reachable to you. If package returned due to not reachable, additional charges will incur on resending the package.
Returns/Exchange
1. We are confident of our products and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All orders are checked for defects before shipment. In an unfortunate case which you receive an unsatisfactory item, please contact us at us within 3 days of receipt with your order number, product code, name, address and reason for return/exchange.
2. Items which are included as an unsatisfactory item would be: wrong items sent, items with manufacturing defect (please send in photos for verification).
3. Natural products are varying in color, texture or odor, therefore return policy is not applicable on these variations and not consider as defect items.
4. The items must be returned in its original condition, to ensure purity of the products, items must be return unused or not opened.
5. With agreed items return, it will be compensated with the sequence as below, replace with the same products, if same products are out of stock, it will be either exchanged with products equivalent to returned product price or request for payment refund.
6. All our items/products are checked/confirmed to be in good condition before sending out to customers. Therefore, all items/products which have been purchase after 22 days cannot be changed or returned. We will not accept any change, return or refund after 22 days of purchase (as per invoice’s date).
Refund
1. Upon returned items received we will email to notify you and refund process will take place about 7 working days.
2. There will be a refund form send to you by requesting your bank information for payment refund.
