Natural Soy Wax – DIY Your Own Candles and Skincare Products

Soy wax is a vegetable wax derived from soybean oil and is made from environmentally friendly, renewable resources.  Soy wax is primarily used to make candles due to its healthier choice. While most candles emit black soot while burning, candles made from soy wax burns cleaner and results in less soot.  Soy wax candle melting point is lower and provides a longer burn time than other types of candles.  Soy wax is also an excellent fragrance carrier that does not require chemical amplifiers, therefore your candles are non artificially scented.   Soy wax is simple to work with for candle makers and you can color and scent the wax, or create interesting shapes and designs.

As for skincare, soy wax is naturally rich in Vitamin E, the all-natural ingredient with natural moisturizing properties which has softer and creamier texture and is perfectly safe for the skin. Soy wax is also a natural emulsifier which can form a stable emulsion to bind oil and water together in a solution.   Our Soy wax has also been used in making candles, natural lip balms, skin salves, handmade soaps, hair wax, etc.
